fast and healthy: mini pecan pies!

take several medjool dates, pit them, cut them in half, and stuff the halves with pecans.

you’re done! all natural and delicious!

google ‘Pineapple Angel Lush’, i was going to put the link in here, but it was too long.. =/

Anyway, it’s Angel Food Cake, pineapples, fat free vanilla instant pudding, and strawberries.. It’s INCREDIBLE, no fat, low sugar, and low calories, and very, very light and healthy. A lot of people really don’t believe it’s fat free because it’s so awesome! I make it for everything, and people love it.

    Good luck! =)

Fresh fruit. Or for a dessert that can be healthy and a bit decadent is chocolate fondue with chunks of fruit (strawberries, pineapple, banana) and chunks of poundcake.
You could make a dark chocolate & a white chocolate fondue.
Fresh fruit and artisan cheese with nuts and a good bread or water crackers.

Desserts are not healthy, they are supposed to be good.

Make a Gooey Butter Cake and be happy!

This is so good and very low fat!!
I usually make mine into muffins, though.
