Learn How to Get Free From Negative Thinking to Achieve Healthy & Easy Weight Loss

If there is one thing that I find holds people back from achieving healthy & easy weight loss it is falling victim to negative thinking. I often receive emails from subscribers that outline all of the reasons they cannot lose weight. Little do they realize that a simple shift in their thinking will be the jump start they need to get the scale moving down.

To break free of negative thinking and achieve healthy & easy weight loss you must do the following:

1. Build up your desire. I know you are thinking, “of course I want to lose weight.” but in order to really drive yourself to action you must uncover that burning desire that lies inside of you. Consider what weight loss will do for you in life, will it benefit you in relationships, make you more financially successful, or give you more freedom?

2. Commit to your plan and ACT. A great way to keep negative thinking away is to get busy, the quicker you ACT the quicker you see results and those results will motivate you to do and be more.

3. Be flexible. The plan you commit to will likely need to be tweaked and you will find ways that you can improve your results if you have a flexible attitude. A big problem I see in dieters is a lack of willingness to adjust their initial plan.

4. Know that you are worth it. You might be working against some long standing emotions and thought patterns when it comes to reaching your ideal weight. Put the past behind you and know that there is no good reason why you should not live in a healthy and fit body.

You can achieve healthy & easy weight loss and the key is to get yourself free of negative thinking, use the tips above to gain a positive outlook and move into action today – you deserve it.

Im trying to lose weight and get a 6 pack. I already lost 55 pounds without changing my Tone Detox or excersize. I think its because of my job. But I want to start excersizing and eating better to just be healthy and get into shape. I want to find a good Tone Detox plan so I can lose fat the right away and get really tone. If someone can tell me what to eat so I can start doing this Tone Detox. Thanks guys for your help

I hate diets !

Most of the time you don’t enjoy the food, and eating is supposed to be a pleasure. How do I eat healthy and lean? I do research on the internet & health magazines and make notes of what kinds of foods are healthy, tasty and that helps with fat reduction. I am constantly on the lookout for any new kinds of food that the experts might mention to add to my list of favorite food. From that list of food, I will then choose the ones that I like and build an eating plan around them.

There are also lots of nice food to use as in-between snacks, and the snacking also helps you to eat less at meal times. My favorite snack food is Almond nuts and dried Mango. They are non fattening snacks, filled with good fibre.

To eat correctly, is the most important part of your training program. This will get you the results that you want during exercise much quicker.

Same as with my food, I prefer to do Interval training that is much more interesting than the boring repetitive types. I also look for a few of the most popular interval training exercises around, and choose my favorites from that. I alternate between the exercises so that it does not become boring.

I have a kidney disease and was recently put on a renal Tone Detox. It consists of very little meat and lots of starchy foods. I have gained a lot of weight because of this. There’s quiet a few fruits that I cannot have because their high in potassium. I’ve tried eating a lot of salad, but I can only take so much. If there is anyone who is going through the same thing, please help.

breakfast:
1 cup whole grain cereal with half a cup of skim milk

snack:
a medium sized apple with a tbsp of peanut butter

lunch:
4 ounces chicken breast, 1-2 cup(s) of salad (w/o salad dressing or just dip your fork in you favorite dressing; saves A LOT of calories & u can add any kind of vegetables u want) & 1/2 cup brown rice

snack:
kiwi and a strawberry (add some brown sugar or honey if u want)

dinner:
3 ounces lean steak cooked with a tsp of olive oil w/ salad OR a can of tuna mixed with salsa and greens and 1/2 cup of brown rice or slice of whole grain bread.

dessert:
frozen yogurt. or half a banana sliced into pieces with 1/3 cup of sliced almonds and your favorite kinda of yogurt, and a dash of honey. mix it together and u get a banana and almonds bowl. its good :)

this meal plan is about 1,037 calories & doesn’t leave out any food groups which is vital for all around nutrition

Everything points to vegetables and fruit. They contain a lot of water and fibre as well as vitamins and minerals. They are perfect. Of course add some meat and fish and milk but perhaps not as much as you are currently eating.
