Question by Soccer 7: Workout Plans, and eating diets please!!?
I don’t think that I weight too much for my age, and height. I just have a little gut, and I want it down to a flat belly. I need workout plans, and foods that won’t affect, or add any weight. And anything that can do it somewhat fast? Im going into high school, and well. I don’t want to have it. I have a month. Thanks!! :)

Truth is that it takes time. Your fastest results will come from cardio everyday (6 days intense, 1 day recovery) and proper Tone Detox. Drink plenty of water, and by plenty, i mean more than 8 cups a day. If your going to be active, you need a lot of water. Plus drinking water will actually help you flush out your system and lose water weight. Eat fruits before exercising and veggies after. Watch your calorie and fat intake.

In dinner you can have, brown rice, boiled vegetables, half-boiled sprouts, salad, and soup. A useful tip for heart healthy diets for chicken haters is that they can switch to seafood. Do not eat red meat because it is said to be harmful to the heart.

    Because if I don’t see results in a few years time, would getting liposuction help to kick start a new healthy eating plan? And I would also like to get it if I don’t see results to make me feel better. I know that it wont make me fitter, or healthier. But like I stated. Is it a good way to kick start a new healthy eating plan?

    well not really, you’ve got a few years to see results! That is plenty of time to change an unhealthy lifestyle. Just find ways of motivating yourself to get there!

    I’ve heard from a former anorexic that she says the healthy eating programs and the banning of chocolates and junk food is wrong as she says “we were taught there are no bad foods”. But surely healthy eating helps cut down on obesity but does it also cause eating disorders? What do you think should be done?

    It’s not the healthy eating programs that cause eating disorders. It’s the person’s psychological outlook. As for that one person, she’s obviously really attached to her junk, which isn’t a bad thing, but it shoudn’t lead to anorexia.
