Ask your doctor for a safe and healthy way of losing weight. What’s the best exercise, Tone Detox, etc. A lot of over the counter drugs are not safe. No telling what type of reaction your body will have to them. Your doctor knows best.

I used Slendex and lost 4 stone in 11 months and a friend lost 1 stone 4 lbs in 6 weeks

I want to loose weight without using a fad Tone Detox and I want to loose weight naturally, but fast at the same time.
